So instead here’s some news on the movie adaptation of Max Brooks’ "World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War", optioned by Brad Pitt’s film company a while back.

Apparently Marc Forster – director of "Monster’s Ball", "Stranger Than Fiction", "The Kite Runner" and the newly opened Bond film, “Quantum of Solace”, has agreed to direct the new zombie film.
